I was walking past an office the other day and this cartoon was affixed to the door. It tickled me because it sums up so much about office life. On second thoughts it's not just about life in an office. Often when I feel overwhelmed by the task at hand I adopt diversionary tactics to delay the pain.
For instance, right this second, I should be dusting the house in preparation of a major clean - instead I looked up the cartoon on the web and am sitting here blogging instead.
Talk about life imitating art!
