Go Cruelty Free

I'm probably behind the times but I only discovered today that M&S Cosmetics and Household Products have been approved by the BUAV (British Union For Anti-Vivisection).

This led me to another site Go Cruelty Free.

If you're interested in ethical shopping look out for the leaping bunny logo. "This logo appears on many cosmetics and household products whose manufacturers are approved under the Humane Cosmetics Standard or the Humane Household Products Standard. This is your guarantee that a product — and its ingredients — have not been tested on animals."

You can also order a free handy booklet called Little Book Of Cruelty Free which lists all U.K manufacturers who have met their stringent criteria.
